Chelsea Handler, American stand-up comedian, star of "Chelsea Lately" on the E! Entertainment Network, bestselling author and actress will share her hilarious insights during this benefit performance.

"Chelsea Lately," airing weeknights at 11:30 p.m. on E!, offers a tongue-in-cheek look at entertainment news, celebrity truths and rumors that just won't die, and other hot topics of the day. As one of the nation's fastest-rising female stand-ups, Chelsea has performed to sold-out audiences at venues and festivals everywhere, including the Montreal Comedy Festival and the HBO Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen. She has made several appearances on "The Tonight Show," guest-hosted on "The View" and has appeared on "Late Night with David Letterman" and "The Today Show." Chelsea was also profiled on ABC's "Nightline" in June of 2008.

For all of its four seasons, Chelsea was the star of Oxygen's "Girls Behaving Badly" which is now syndicated in over 90 markets. She also starred on E! in "The Chelsea Handler Show." She has co-starred in several independent films and has guest starred on several shows.
