This grant will support STAMINA: Successful Transition And Maintenance of Independent physical activity in Neurological disorders After physical therapy, a program that provides appropriate equipment, trained personnel, and a social support system to promote physical activity and a healthy lifestyle for people with multiple sclerosis. Grand funds will help underwrite the purchase of programmatic equipment. This grant was funded through a cooperative agreement with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (Award #1U59DD000338).
