Quality of Life Grants: 1st Cycle 2010: Caring and Coping

This grant will help to support the Hope In-Home: Professional In-home Counseling Program for Disabled Adults. Professional in-home counseling, case management, and community referral services will be provided to individuals with life changing disabilities including but not limited to spinal cord injury, paralysis, stroke and degenerative diseases. Services will be provided by licensed masters level social workers or related professionals. Grant funds will support programmatic staff expenses. This grant is funded through a cooperative agreement with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (Award # 1U59DD000338).
