Quality of Life Grants: 1st Cycle 2011: Actively Achieving

Telluride Adaptive Sports Program (TASP)
Telluride, CO

This grant will help to support participant scholarships for the 2011 Moab Mania camps. TASP will be running two Moab camps this year—one multi-sport camp (biking, rafting, kayaking, horseback riding, and rock climbing) for disabled veterans, and one bike and raft camp for non-military participants. Grant funds will support programmatic expenses; specifically 5 full scholarships for veteran participants, and 6 partial scholarships for non-veteran participants. This grant is funded through a cooperative agreement with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (Award # 1U59DD000338.)
