Quality of Life Grants: 1st Cycle 2011: Actively Achieving

This grant will help to support the Glendale Pediatric Therapy Program, which provides services to children and young adults from infancy through 22 years. The clients have a wide variety of diagnoses, both congenital and acquired, of a wide spectrum of involvement levels. Many clients have paralysis caused by spinal cord injury, spina bifida, Intrauterine CVA, cerebral palsy, menigitis, encephalopathy, sepsis, Erb's palsy among others. This grant is funded through a cooperative agreement with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (Award # 1U59DD000338.)
