Public Health Funding
On February 6, 2006 President Bush released his proposed federal budge for Fiscal Year 2007 to Congress. Unfortunately, the President's budget fails to meet even the basic public health needs of individuals with paralysis as well as other Americans living with chronic disease and disability.
