(June 14, 2010: At this time, we are not accepting applications to become a new community-based facility in the Reeve Foundation's NeuroRecovery Network (NRN). Please check back in mid-September for announcement of the next application deadline.)
Applications to become a new community fitness and wellness facility in the Reeve Foundation's NeuroRecovery Network (NRN) involve a two-step process:
- Email submission of a Letter of Intent and, if requested
- On-line submission of a full proposal.
The Letter of Intent will be reviewed by the Reeve Foundation's Executive Vice President, Research and the Director and Assistant Directors of the NRN after which feedback will be provided.
You are encouraged to read these NRN guidelines thoroughly and to have a full understanding of the Foundation's expectations of all NRN facilities, as well as the responsibilities to which you commit as a member. Awards pursuant to an application are contingent upon available funds.
STEP 1: Be sure you have read our guidelines (PDF download). Applications that do not adhere to the guidelines will be rejected without review.
STEP 2: Download application form and complete and mail one hard copy of the application to the Reeve Foundation.
Click here to download the application in Word format (doc).
STEP 3: Use the information contained in your completed hardcopy application form to fill out the online application, which can be completed in multiple sessions. You will also need to attach a PDF version of your proposal. Applicants can visit Adobe® to learn more about PDF files.
