Chief Executive Compensation Review Policy
On an annual basis, the performance and compensation of the CEO is reviewed and evaluated by the Executive Committee of the Reeve Foundation's Board of Directors.The Committee process includes an evaluation of compensation in the context of like organizations and other national non-profits based in the metro New York area. The Committee process has been authorized by the Board of Directors and the Committee is to report back to the Board on an annual basis.
