A veterinarian named Dee Hensen has created a unique way to raise money for the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation.  "Pets Over Paralysis" is a one-day event where people can have photos taken of their pets for a donation of $90.  The photo package includes 1 - 8x10", 2 - 5x7" and 8 wallet sized photos of your dog or cat.  And all proceeds go to CDRF.

The event is taking place on October 7, 2007 at the Paumanok Veternary Hospital in Patchogue, New York.  To help keep the event organized, photos will be taken by appointment only.  If you live in the area and would like to bring your pet in for pictures, please feel free to call 631-475-1312 to schedule an appointment.
