Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations – Position Description The Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation – a not-for-profit organization which is dedicated to curing spinal cord injury by funding innovating research and improving the quality of life for people living with paralysis through grants, information and advocacy - seeks a Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations. Working directly with the Vice President of Development of the Reeve Foundation, the Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations will: identify targeted foundations and corporations based on institutional fundraising priorities, develop strategies, set up face-to-face meetings, write and submit grant proposals, secure funding, and steward all corporate and foundation donors; strengthen relationships with existing supporters; and reengage past contributors. Qualifications include: demonstrated experience in developing, implementing and executing a robust corporate and foundation relations program; excellent written and presentation skills; and the ability to think strategically. Minimum requirements include: a Bachelor's degree and five years professional fundraising experience, preferably in the area of institutional giving.
