Spinal Cord Injury Paralysis Resource Center

Slipping into Summer...

Slipping into SummerSince it's summer-like weather around here almost all time, we Southern Californians don't really slip between seasons. But let's have a party anyway.

Join us May 30 at the Anaheim Hilton, 5 p.m., just after the doors close at the Abilities Expo. The Hilton is right next door to the convention center hosting the Expo. So come to the show, then come by the Pacific Ballroom at the hotel.

We'll give you a drink coupon to get you started, and we've arranged for food. Not dinner, but plenty of hors d oeuvres.

At 6 p.m. Cityzen will take the stage. If you've missed the buzz on this band, get ready to be flat out floored. The LA based band, fronted by rollin' rocker Toby Forrest, is tipped to top, as they say on the coast. High-energy funk/progressive with panache. Click here to visit the band's website.

Why are we doing this?
The Reeve Foundation understands the importance of building a strong community of people who live with a spinal cord injury, mobility impairment, or paralysis. With this get-together we're hosting many of our non-profit partners in the great SoCal service area. We're all in this together, forming one big fabric of support. Let's come together and share, build and collaborate.

Who are we?
You are now inside paralysis.org, which is the Paralysis Resource Center side of the Reeve Foundation. The Resource Center is a federally funded team of specialists who offer comprehensive information, resources and referral services. We produce consumer friendly materials and make sure people in the community have access to them. We don't do this in a vacuum. Join us. We are stronger together than we can ever be alone.

Let's us know if you are planning on attending. RSVP to: smaddox@ChristopherReeve.org

See you there!
