Reeve Foundation Peer and Family Support Program

Sign up to Be a Mentor

We believe in the power of "we" not "me."

The people who can have the greatest impact on others' lives are those who have been there. A Reeve Foundation peer mentor will go through a specialized certification process that will include on-line work in advance of an on-site training.

A Reeve Foundation Peer Mentor has:
- been injured or a caregiver for at least one year
- a positive outlook and thriving
- a desire to give back
- time to give to the program
- knowledge about their local resources
- good listening skills
- can maintain confidentiality
- complete all training and administrative requirements

If you have these qualities and are interested to be considered in becoming a Reeve Foundation Peer Mentor, please fill-out the application below.

If you have questions about the Peer & Family Support Program, please contact the Paralysis Resource Center at 800-539-7309 ext. 7226.
