Reeve Foundation Peer and Family Support Program

Sign-up to Get a Mentor

We believe in the power of "we" not "me."

By providing emotional support, honest advice and by sharing real-world experiences with people seeking support, those who are thriving after paralysis can help to improve the lives of others dealing with the many unique challenges faced by our community.

We are excited that you are interested in the program and we are confident you will benefit from speaking to one of our mentors.

A client of the PFSP can expect to gain a:
- Clearer understanding of maintaining your health and wellness
- Avoiding secondary conditions of living with paralysis
- Better understanding of local and national resources
- Provide an honest, realistic and optimistic discussion about your future
- Help you recognize what you don't know
- Provide you with peace of mind as part of a nationwide community
- Confidence and motivation
- Provide tips and tricks to living with paralysis
- The effect of being around positive role models

A Reeve Foundation Peer Mentor has gone through a specialized training program.

If you want to sign up to get a mentor, please fill-out the application below.

If you have questions about the Peer & Family Support Program, please contact the Paralysis Resource Center at 800-539-7309 ext. 7226.
