藝術與創造力

通過參與藝術活動，殘障人士對我們的工作場所和社區作出了很大貢獻，幫助消除了對殘障人士的成見，並創造了一個真正代表所有人的全球文化。

藝術從多方面提升生活。從孩子的早期教育到成年和職業生涯，藝術均能提高個人成就和學術成就。參加音樂訓練的小學生在閱讀、數學、語言和整體成績測驗方面都獲得較高的分數。學習藝術的中學生考試分數更高。並且參加藝術課程的學生能提高他們的寫作和辭彙技能。這些發現強調了藝術在積極塑造所有人（包括殘障人士）生活中的價值。

因為藝術是一個廣闊的、沒有限制的領域，殘障人士可以自由表達自己而沒有身體、社會，或態度上的障礙。
