Job Title: Digital Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Digital Coordinator is tasked with overseeing engagement across Reeve Foundation digital properties, including all websites and social media profiles. This position requires constant monitoring of all community channels to identify and engage passionate community advocates, drive traffic and loyalty, and work with the communications team to conceptualize and execute digital campaigns.

The Digital Coordinator will work with the communications team to execute the digital content strategy, maintain the Foundation’s website, oversee social media networks and provide real-time insights and opportunities to improve key measurements. Working across departments, this position will require content and asset creation, education on current trends, and collaborating with team members to maintain the Reeve Foundation digital voice and tone.


  • Collaborates on all facets of digital and social media strategy from ideation to execution and metrics
  • Works with the communications team to manage all web properties, including crafting new content, posting on all sites, developing assets and evaluating campaign performance
  • Monitors social media networks, and other relevant sites and participate in discussions across communities, social networks and blogs. Ensure consistency of messages across multiple networks
  • Oversees Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube in coordination with colleagues covering all departments
  • Work to grow the current community forum by increasing users and overall engagement in the forum
  • Research and stay abreast of digital trends and social media behaviors to share knowledge with team. Remain educated on emerging social media channels
  • Participates in the management of the editorial calendar by maintaining a schedule for social media and digital campaigns. This includes the scheduling of social media ads across all departments.
  • Monitors effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of Reeve Foundation digital and social media outreach; analyzes and reviews effectiveness of campaigns to guide and evolve ongoing social media strategy. This includes weekly and monthly analytics tracking to demonstrate increased engagement with the community
  • Collaborates with agencies, writers, designers, and other vendors to deliver superb content through a variety of evolving social media platforms

Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience developing digital campaigns and leveraging social media for increased engagement
  • Strong knowledge of the current social media landscape and proven familiarity with updating, navigating, and utilizing each of the major social channels, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram (You may be asked to provide proof of the accounts you have established and maintained.)
  • Understanding of best practices and emerging trends within the digital space
  • Strong working knowledge of third-party social media tools (i.e., Sprout Social)
  • Self-starter, ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Ability to propose and initiate creative solutions
  • Excellent writing and grammar skills, a passion for content development and writing
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Proficiency with Adobe programs, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Familiar with CRM, CMS and website maintenance platforms (i.e. Salesforce, Mailchimp, Craft)
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Google Ads
  • Working knowledge of HTML and Salesforce a plus
  • The desire to learn new programs to take on additional projects

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field
  • Must possesses a minimum of 1-2 years of experience working on the digital team for a nonprofit, corporation or agency
  • Must have 1-2 years related experience with demonstrated success developing and implementing digital campaigns and managing a suite of social media channels
  • Robust / active online presence and familiarity with existing and emerging social media
  • Advanced knowledge of evolving web, social media communications, and monitoring best practices
