Job Summary:
The Development Coordinator plays an important role providing support to the Development team. This position supports fundraising activities as well as coordinates other activities to help ensure successful participation and outcomes. This position is also responsible for providing data entry support.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Support all operations and activities for both Team Reeve events and the Reeve Foundation’s signature gala, as well as other cultivation style events
  • Work with multiple vendors for various projects simultaneously
  • Attend all necessary events throughout the calendar year
  • Maintain guest lists, gather and prepare registration materials and other duties as assigned for fund-raising events
  • Keep accurate records and tally of monies raised and adhere to budgetary guidelines
  • Provide data entry in Salesforce

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Database management experience
  • Ability to present information concisely and effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and proven success managing logistics without errors
  • Demonstrated ability to meet project deadlines
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and make efficient decisions
  • Self-starter who takes initiative to finding new, more effective, ways to approach tasks

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 2 years of relative work experience
  • Occasional weekend/evening work
  • Constituent Relationship Management Database preferred
