Happy Birthday Christopher Reeve

"A hero is an ordinary individual who finds the strength to persevere and endure in spite of overwhelming obstacles." - Christopher Reeve

September 25th marks Superman's 65th birthday, and even though it is entirely coincidental, his birthday falls within National Spinal Cord Injury Awareness Month.

When Christopher Reeve was injured, he used his fame as a platform for awareness and worked towards finding cures for spinal cord injury. And today we are still working towards that goal, but we need your help.

Your donation will help continue what Christopher Reeve started, a dream to create a world of empty wheelchairs. By funding cutting-edge research and -- in turn -- finding cures, we are transforming the lives of people living with paralysis. Today, let's honor our very own superhero who taught us that nothing is impossible by making that dream a reality.

Happy Birthday, Christopher Reeve. Thank you for being the spark that ignited this incredible movement. #JoinReeve
