I'm honored to serve as the new President and CEO of the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation.
In my two decades with the Foundation, I have been humbled, motivated, and moved by you, the Reeve community. It has been a privilege to work alongside you to further our critical mission: to cure spinal cord injury by advancing innovative research and improving the quality of life for individuals and families impacted by paralysis.
I am very excited about our organization and its future. Today, cures are finally in sight, and we look forward to unveiling a fresh approach to the Foundation's research portfolio and new collaborative partnerships to bring greater awareness and attention to the needs of the paralysis community.
Together, we will continue to advocate for inclusivity, equity and the resources to live healthy and independent lives. Further, we will persist in our determination to elevate community voices. This work is possible through our cooperative agreement with the Administration for Community Living, which recently renewed its support of the National Paralysis Resource Center (PRC) with a five-year grant.
You are our valued partners, and your support of the Reeve Foundation is the lifeblood of our work. Thank you, and I look forward to our work together as we push to change what it means to be living with paralysis.
With gratitude,
Margaret Goldberg
