Team Reeve® Chicago Runs And So Much More

Posted by Reeve Staff in Daily Dose on September 01, 2015 # Team Reeve

We know for a fact that the members of Team Reeve® Chicago love to race. We asked them what other experiences they had beyond marathons. We got some very interesting answers!

Gina Santucci
I was a synchronized ice skater for 12 years.
Lance Martin
I grew up in South Louisiana and am as Cajun as you can get (though I've lost my accent). This will be my 4th Chicago Marathon.
Andrew Schmitz
I once sat in the audience on the show "The Price is Right". I was a few rows behind contestant's row and the woman next to me got picked. She won a trip to the Galapagos Islands. She decided to take her husband instead of me.
Michelle Menezes
I was a competitive swimmer my whole life and swam for Cherry Creek High School and then Brigham Young University. I grew up watching Amy Van Dyken in the Olympics and knew that she was also a swimming legend at Cherry Creek. There was this big framed poster of her with her medals next to the entrance of pool that served as a constant reminder of motivation to all of us girls on the swim team. I couldn't be more thrilled to have her as Team Captain of Team Reeve to continue to inspire me in my next athletic venture. She has always been one of my favorite swimmers and I'm honored to be on the team with her.
