The Reeve Foundation is excited to bring our community together again. Together we will raise the critical funds needed to advance research for cures for spinal cord injury.

The 2nd annual Reeve Run & Roll virtual 5K will take Team Reeve globetrotting starting from kick-off on September 25, 2021, through October 3, 2021, with participants of all athletic abilities joining from wherever they are to run, roll, cycle, swim, surf, dribble, walk and so much more.

Hi everyone... Coach Mark here... Will you be joining us in September for the Team Reeve Run & Roll, a 5K (3.1 miles) for all? In the coming days and weeks, we will provide training advice to help you achieve your 5k goal with tips on training, safety, hydration, stretching, goal setting and fundraising. Whether you are novice, intermediate or advanced, there are flexible programs designed just for you. With 5 weeks to go, more or less, it's time to get started...

STEP 1.... Commit to joining us and sign up on the event website. Set a goal to get out there several days each week.

STEP 2.... Look for future posts regarding prepping for this great event.

STEP 3.... Start thinking about fundraising. Recruit your friends and family.
