Age: 31

Location: Maryland

Injury or relation:
T11 at the time of the accident, but soon became a T5 after rods were put in my back at the age of 12 due to Scoliosis. I have been living with paralysis for 27 years.

Hobbies/Interests:
I babysit and work in a church nursery! I also like to workout and dance!

Why did you become a peer mentor?
I chose to become a peer mentor because I know a SCI can be debilitating physically and mentally. I hope I can help people to see the light at the end of the tunnel again.
