Unfortunately, even if you have insurance, you may face a situation where your insurer refuses to pay for the health care providers, services, equipment and/or medications you need.

And although you have the right to appeal an insurer’s decision not to pay, the process of appealing a claims denial can be confusing, frustrating and time-consuming.
