Mind Body Solutions is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) with a mission to transform trauma, loss and disability into hope and potential by awakening the connection between mind and body. Founded by Matthew Sanford, Mind Body Solutions offers free, online yoga classes with an accessible, adaptive approach. The Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation has partnered with Mind Body Solutions to bring you yoga exercises for every body.
