Accessibility

We are committed to ensuring that all attendees can fully engage and participate in every aspect of Reeve Summit 2025.

The event will feature accessible venues, ASL interpretation, live captioning, and other accommodations to ensure an inclusive experience for everyone, regardless of ability. If additional support is needed, we encourage attendees to reach out in advance so we can provide the necessary resources.

We have taken the following steps to create an inclusive and accessible environment.

Venue Accessibility
Our venue is fully wheelchair accessible, featuring wide doorways, ramps, elevators, and accessible restrooms. Clear signage will be displayed throughout to guide attendees.

The Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel has provided 35 ADA rooms within our room block, available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Communication Access
All sessions will include ASL interpreters and closed captioning. Conference materials are available in alternative formats upon request. Please indicate your communication access needs when registering for the Summit.

Sensory Considerations
We recognize that loud noises, bright lights, and fragrances can be overwhelming for some attendees. While we cannot entirely control these and other aspects of the environment, we encourage attendees to take breaks as needed and prioritize self-care. We also ask everyone to be mindful of fragrance use, as it may affect others.

Support Services
For those with service animals, a designated relief area will be identified. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, notify us during your Summit registration so we can make sure your needs are met.

Masking and Sanitation
We encourage all attendees to participate in ways that make them feel safe. The Summit is a mask-friendly event, and we will have masks available and hand sanitizer stations throughout the venue.

These measures are in place to ensure an inclusive, accessible experience for all. If you have any questions about accessibility at the Reeve Summit, or want to request a reasonable accommodation, please email us at [email protected]
