Why did you become a peer mentor?
I became a Peer Mentor to help advocate for my fellow peers to learn, educate, inspire, and motivate them to live life to the fullest no matter what the circumstances may be. God has us here for a purpose and I’m blessed to share my story in a book and documentary. I idolize Christopher Reeve who started helping spread the word of educating people with Paralysis world wide to Never give up hope and continue to pursue their goals and dreams. I started the Mario Reed Foundation with a new mission to advocate for people with Paralysis and Disabilities 4 years ago.
