Why did you become a peer mentor?
I became a peer mentor so I could be a listening ear and a caring heart for someone in a similar situation. Life changes suddenly and many times there are more questions than answers. It would have been wonderful to have someone walk with me through this when we started. I want to encourage, cry, support, laugh and just be there for someone else.
