Dune buggy accident, spinal cord injury, T11, T12 and L4, L5 for 16 years.

Hobbies/Interests:
Sports (hockey, football, soccer, basketball), playing with our pets, Mindfulness, being outdoors, gardening, helping others and animals (my wife and I volunteer at the local Humane Society), I’m a bit of a tech and sci-fi geek, and enjoying time with our friends.

Why did you become a peer mentor?
I’ve always enjoyed helping others, and that led me to becoming a Mindfulness Coach. I felt it was time to give back to the SCI community and help people on this crazy new journey.
